Shipments and returns

Your package shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via AUS Post eParcel with tracking and required signature. If you prefer delivery by express with required

signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Dead on Arrival (DOA):

The buyer must notify us of the Dead On Arrival (DOA) issue within 7 days of receiving the item.

The return for exchange of defective goods (DOA) will be at the expense of the buyer and must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Goods returned must be in their original packaging. Proof of purchase required for any warranty claim

Refund Policy:

Refunds or exchange will not be provided if you simply change your mind.

Shipping, insurance and handling costs are not refundable for all returns.

use, flooding or natural disaster.
